Mark Martin of Tonkawa finishes first and wins $10 in the Tonkawa News Holiday Football Contest this week.Second and $7 goes to Dawn McGaha and third place and $3 goes to Shelly Martin.Martin was the lone entry to miss just one game. McGaha missed two and Shelly Martin missed three. Several entries missed four games.This is the final contest of the season. It will resume next September.Entries should be submitted to The News office at 126 E. Grand by noon Friday each week during the regular season.Prize money is $10 for first, $7 for second and $3 for third. Winners will be announced in the following week’s edition. Entrants are urged to circle a winner for each game and fill in the tie-breaker score. Be sure your name is on the entry.Winners are urged to pick up their cash at the office, 126 E.
