Northern Oklahoma College is hosting a Reach Higher Connect event at NOC Tonkawa, NOC Enid, and the University Center in Ponca City.NOC has partnered with Reach Higher to offer degree programs that help prepare adult learners for careers in areas on Oklahoma’s 100 Critical Occupations List. Courses are offered in traditional classroom, online, or live-online options.
