The Northern Oklahoma College Mavs baseball and softball playoffs were announced Monday.Maverick Baseball (38-18) travels to Enid to face UA Rich Mountain at 10 a.m. at David Allen Memorial Ballpark in the NJCAA Region 2 Plains District Baseball Tournament on Thursday.The eight-team tournament concludes Sunday with the winner advancing to the NJCAA Division 2 World Series in Enid in late May.Mavs Softball (27-23) faces Connors in the NJCAA Region 2 South Plains District Softball Tournament in Piedmont on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.The winner of that eightteam tournament advances to the NJCAA World Series in Arizona.
