Tonkawa placed one girl and several boys in the Class 2A State Track Meet at Western Heights last Friday and Saturday.The lone girl to place was Talynn Williams in the 300 meter hurdles at 6th in a time of 48.9 seconds.Boys sprinter Roman Chandler placed third in the 100 dash in a time of 11.31. He also placed sixth in the 200 meter dash at 22.89 seconds.The Bucs’ 4x800 relay of Peyten Keith, Isaiah Lively, Chase Moore and Dalton Pierce finishedd third in a time of 8:36.40.Dominic Grein was seventh in the shotput with a throw of 47-03. He narrowly missed placing in the discus throw at 9th with a throw of 123-01.The Lady Bucs finished 34th scoring three points. The Buc boys were 12th with 23 total team points.
