The Northern Oklahoma College Division of Fine Arts is hosting the 24 Hour Play Festival Saturday, April 22 at the Kinzer Performing Arts Center.Showtime is 7:30 p.m. Actors, directors, and writers have only 24 hours to create a play, Saturday’s performance is the final product.Admission is $5, free admission for NOC students and employees with NOC ID. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
