Filing for three Tonkawa city council members will begin Feb. 6 and close at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8 at the Kay County Election Board office.The three openings are for ward three, ward four and at-large council seats. They are all for four year terms.The nonpartisan general election will be held on April 4, 2023.Incumbent councilman at-large Stacy Burns, ward three councilman Jack Evans and ward four councilman Rick Allan were still undecided on whether or not they were going to seek re-election.
