Twelve Tonkawa area residents will be selected for “Leadership Tonkawa,” an eight-month program that builds leadership skills and teaches aspects of the Tonkawa community.The class begins Sept. 8.The class will be led by Rex Ackerson and Scott Cloud.The purpose of the class is to encourage area residents to become more involved and use their leadership abilities for the Tonkawa community.
