The Northern Oklahoma Division of Fine Arts presents the annual NOC Spring Concert on Tuesday, April 26.The concert will be at the Kinzer Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m.NOC’s Concert Band, College Choir, and Chamber Choir will be featured.Admission is free, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
