Tonkawa varsity boys wrestling placed third in the Western Conference Tournament at Kingfisher last weekend.The team brought home three first place finishes and two seconds.The Junior High boys took fifth place as a team with several placers.The Junior High girls got fifth place as a team with Kylee Freeman placing first.Jadin Howard at 145, Peyton Keith at 152 and Miccael Brown at 285 all brought home championships in their weight divisions.Seconds were won by Dalton Pierce at 132 and Noah Campbell at 170.Derek Strong won fourth at 195 and Chase Moore fourth at 126. Luke Shepherd took fifth at 182.In the junior high boys, Jayden Hazzard won second at 80 and Krayton Kienzle fifth at the same weight.Hazzeal Hernandez and Nate strong took third at 126 and 155 weights. Fourth was won by Miguel Pando at 106, Lucas Keith at 140 and Gavin Ward at 195.
