Shelly Martin wins first and gets $10 in the weekly Tonkawa News Football Contest.Second and $7 goes to Dawn McGaha. Third place and $3 goes to Mark Martin.All three winners submitted perfect entries. Shelly Martin was closest on the tie-breaker, picking Tonkawa to beat Fairview 22-17, just six points off the actual 18-15 margin of victory for the Bucs. McGaha was 13 off with a 26-20 guess. Mark Martin was 25 off with a 30-28 pick.Entries should be submitted to The News office at 126 E. Grand by noon Friday each week during the regular season. Prize money is $10 for first, $7 for second and $3 for third.Winners will be announced in the following week’s edition. Entrants are urged to circle a winner for each game and fill in the tie-breaker score. Be sure your name is on the entry.Winners are urged to pick up their cash at the office, 126 E.
