This program is completely confidential and applications can be picked up at the Chamber office, 109 E. Grand, Monday-Thursday 9-4 and Friday 9-12. We ask that only parents or legal guardians fill out the application. The deadline for applications will be on Friday, December 3, 2021 at noon.
