The McCarter Museum, home of the Tonkawa Historical Society, is hosting a haunted house tour fundraiser on Sunday, October 31, 2021, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. in Tonkawa.Proceeds from the tour will go to replacing the roof on the museum.Locations on the tour include the Mahoney Mansion, home of Ken and Dianne Smith, located at 302 N. Main, the House of Seven Cedars located at 513 W. Grand and home of Jeremy and Annie Owen and the TS Fork located at 100 W. Grand.During the tour you will hear stories of the spirits that make themselves known in these locations.Tickets are $10.00 for touring all three locations and can be purchased at the following Tonkawa locations: Gateway Bank, First National Bank of Oklahoma, NAPA or the Tonkawa Chamber of Commerce.
