for 2020-2021 is Frances Wecker. She teaches science at Tonkawa high school. She received a BSE in biology and general sciences and an MA in TESOL. Wecker has taught at Emporia high school in Kansas from 1997-2019 as division chair. She also served as Emporia State University adjunct teacher and Flint Hills technical College adjunct teacher. She was a 2016 Kansas Teacher of the Year nominee. Mrs. Wecker has taught here since 2019.
