I would like to congratulate all of the Buc track members that qualified to compete in State May 7th and May 8th. Congratulations to the girls 3200 meter relay team: Heidi Hembree, Brooklyn Day, Adynn Ronald and Hannah Haley and the boys 3200 meter relay team: Clay Massey, Nathan Anderson, Landon Beliel, and Peyton Keith.The girls 400 M relay team: Karlee Meadows, Karlee Jacobs, Rylee Hampton and Mikayla Myer and the girls 1600 M relay team: Heidi Hembree, Karlee Meadows, Emma Owen and Mikayla Myer qualified for state. Other qualifiers are Gloria Reyes in the girls pole vault, Clay Massey in the boys high jump, Dante Mendoza in boys shot put, and Mikayla Meyer in the 300 M hurdles. Congrats, and good luck to everyone who will be competing in the state track meet this weekend!
The next week will be busy for everyone at THS. The high school awards will be Monday, May 10th at 1:00. The mid-high and high school vocal concert will be Wednesday at 6:00. The mid-high and high school band will have their concert on May 13th at 6:00.
