Northern Oklahoma College Livestock Judging Coach Jennifer Bedwell announced the signing of Tonkawa High School’s Katy Frazier to a National Letter of Intent.
Frazier signed last week on the NOC Tonkawa campus.
“I am thrilled that Katy is joining our program,” Bedwell said. “I am also thrilled with the amount of interest the NOC Livestock Judging Team has gained this fall. This group of students coming in are some of the best and most competitive in the nation and I am beyond excited to see how they contribute to not only the judging team and our department but to the student population here at NOC.”
Frazier is the daughter of Kevin Frazier and Staci Jacques.
