The Ponca City Gospel Jubilee will feature the quartet “Victorymen” from Joplin Missouri Saturday, November 14th at 6:30 p.m. The “Victorymen” quartet is a favorite of the crowd bringing a wonderful blend in harmony in a Southern Gospel style. This group travels extensively throughout the country.
