I’ve been following strict low-carb for the past two weeks or so. I’ve managed to lose about 14 pounds so far. The first 10 always seems to come off fast but it’s much slower after that. I’ve been drinking a low-carb shake twice a day now and eat a sensible dinner. I was really hungry the first couple of days, but now my body has gotten used to it so I’m not nearly as hungry.
