The county association meeting for OHCE was held Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Blackwell Museum.
The theme was Fall Harvest. Decorations were provided by Ella Wenman of Fun & Fundamental and Christina Collins of Nardin. Registration was conducted by Happy Hearts and Homes. A pot luck supper was provided by all members of the clubs.
Each committee chairman gave a report covering goals and accomplishments for the previous 6 months, plus goals and changes to the 2020 Yearbook.
Elections were held and the following were elected to offices:

The award for Overall Grand Champion club went to Creative Homemakers and Reserve Grand Champion club was Kildare.
The clubs will have an OHCE county Christmas Tree with a snowman theme in the BancFirst Christmas Tree contest and each individual club will also be decorating trees at BancFirst in Blackwell.
Donations of hats and gloves were collected for underprivileged children and each club will distribute them to schools in their district.
