Northern Oklahoma College is hosting numerous Halloween activities Oct. 31.
A Trick-Or-Treat Fair will be held in the college circle from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m., student groups will be offering candy to trick-or-treaters. Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult.
The NOC Concert and Jazz Band is presenting the annual Halloween Concert Spooktacular in the Kinzer Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. The concert and jazz bands are directed by Eddie Dixon.
NOC students are then invited to a dance at the Wellness Center from 9 p.m. – 11 p.m.
