The Billings Chamber of Commerce invites you to the Billings 31st Annual Wheat Country Festival Saturday, October 12 in the Billings Community Center and on Main Street in downtown Billings. The fun filled day will begin with the Billings FFA Booster Club Pancake Breakfast in the Billings Community Center from 7:00-9:00 a.m.
Opening Ceremonies for the festival will begin at 9:00 a.m. Stage entertainment will include performances from 2020 Ranch Band, Kristin Killion Williams, Rachel Crews, Breanne Stevens, Maggie Shuemake, and Chad Harrell who will keep visitors entertained throughout the day.
Other activities guaranteed to create nostalgia and excitement are an Antique Tractor and Car Parade, Gunslinger shows, Round Hay bale Decorating Contest, Quilt Show, Hay Wagon Rides, Pie and Cake Auction, Mud Run, Cute Kid Revue, the announcement of the Billings School Prince and Princess Wheat Festival, and over 50 Arts and Crafts vendor booths. Field games, including a Wheat Dig, Corn- hole Tournament, pie-eating contest, sack races, and egg toss will provide enjoyable opportunities to young and old alike. The Renfrow-Miller Museum will be open for free tours with homemade bread and wild sand plum jelly available for purchasing.
Several food concessions will be available and hoping to tempt the Festivalgoer’s palate including Indian Tacos, Homemade Chicken and Noodles, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, and a food truck with typical fair style food.
