Dallin Hacker played in the 2019 all-state football game at Bixby’s Spartan Stadium.
Hacker played offensive guard and offensive center and was in for nearly all of the ball game.
Kirtley and Hacker were both introduced before the ball game.
Kirtley was also presented a plaque denoting the Class A state championship his Tonkawa Bucs won in 2018.
