Please join the Tonkawa Chamber for its 4th of July Celebration.
The chamber is seeking parade entries for decorated bikes, trikes, motorcycles, ATV’s, lawnmowers and the like to be judges at the end of the parade for prizes.
The chamber would encourage businesses who would like to promote your business, any politicians running for election, state and local officials, any clubs or organizations, law enforcement and fire departments to participate in our annual event.
The parade begins at 12 noon. Line up begins at 11:30 a.m. at 4th & Grand (Methodist Church) and ends at 9th & Grand which is where the judging will be.
Each year the Chamber honors a significant resident to represent the community as its parade Marshall. This year Bruce and Judy Robinson, long-time residents of Tonkawa, are the honorees. Bruce has been very active in the community and has served on numerous boards.
The chamber has put together a very active day for the 4th of July.
