James and Janine Roth of Tonkawa announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Antoinette Moore to Zachary Wade Kirby, son of John and Sherry Mitchell of Enid and Travis and Linda Kirby of Ponca City. Miss Moore is the daughter of the late Billy Ray Moore Jr.
The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Tonkawa High School and received her B.A. in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma, and her M.B.A. in Secondary Education from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is employed as a physical education teacher at McCord Elementary in Ponca City, OK.
The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Tonkawa High School and received his B.A. in Business with a minor in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. He is the owner of Juicy’s Vapor Lounges and Ponca City Dispensary Inc.
An October wedding is planned.
