Northern Oklahoma College has a number of activities planned for Halloween.The Trick-or-Treat College Fair will take place on the college circle from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. NOC campus groups will set up tables for Tonkawa youth to visit.Then, at 6:30 p.m., the NOC Division of Fine Arts will hold the annual Spooktacular contest at the Kinzer Performing Arts Center with the NOC Jazz Band performing.
