The Board of Directors for the Kay Electric Cooperative (KEC) in Blackwell, Oklahoma is pleased to announce Jason Boesch as the new CEO.Jason has replaced Tim Rodriguez who started his cooperative career in 1983 and served as CEO of Kay Electric for the past six years. In 1997, Boesch began his cooperative career at the Oklahoma Association of Electric Cooperatives (OAEC) as the manager for Energize Credit Union.
