A new Homecomig queen will be crowned at halftime of the Tonkawa-Drumright football game Friday night. Kick off is at 7 p.m. Friday at Buc Stadium.

9:00 — Alumni Coffee—THS Event Center
10: 30—Annual Meeting—THS Event Center
11:30 —Dismiss for Lunch
1:30 -- Homecoming Assembly—THS Event Center
2:30— Homecoming Parade—Downtown on Grand Avenue
3-6 -- Alumni Mixer, Tonkawa Casino West Banquet Rooms
5:15 p.m. -- Busted Knuckle Truck Parade, Downtown Tonkawa
About the Homecoming candidates...
Peyton Day is the son of Kevin Miller and Jennifer Burns, Joshua Day. He is the grandson of John and Kim Burns, Aaron and Hewetta Wilson, Pat Miller and the late Eddie Miller. His siblings are Kai, Brooklyn, Carlee, Parker and Harper. Petyon has participated in football for four years, wrestling three years, and track for two years. He is a member of the National Honor Society and Extended Studies. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing and hanging out with his friends. After graduation, Peyton plans to attend Northern Oklahoma College.
Aubrianna Ingmire is the daughter of Sid and Monique Ingmire. She is the younger sister to Anthony Ingmire and older sister to Adalynna Ingmire and Aunt to Axtin Ingmire. Granddaughter to Sid and Carlyn Ingmire and granddaughter to Hemila Sardina and the late Michael Sardina. Aubrey has been a Buccaneer Cheerleader for four years and is a Cheer Captain. She has been a member of the Lady Bucs Basketball team for four years. FFA for four years. She is also in Extended Studies and member of the National Honor Society. Aubrey enjoys hanging out with her friends and familly and taking care of her show pigs. She plans to attend college after high school.
Ashton Linton is the daughter of Jimmy and Michelle Linton of Tonkawa. She is the older sister to SaVannah and Easton Linton. She is the granddaughter of Larry and Betty Davis and Jim and Pam Linton all of Tonkawa. Ashton has played softball for four years, basketball for one year, football cheerleader for four years and has been a baseball manager for three years. She is in Extended Studies and is a member of the Humanitarian Club. Ashton is a Student Council Representative and is the president of the National Honors Society. She is writing The Buc Blab in The Tonkawa News for the 2019-2020 school year.
