Court Appointed Special Advocates Spring training class to begin April 8

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Kay and Noble Counties is gearing up for spring trainings. CASA of Kay and Noble Counties provides trained volunteers to advocate for children who are victims of abuse and neglect. Children who are under the purview of the court due to abuse and neglect they have experiences. Trained Advocates are appointed by the court system to provide recommendations to the judge in the case providing an independent look at the needs of the child or children in a particular case.
