According to OHP Trooper Jim Henley, who investigated. Wayne Parks, 34, Tulsa was pulling the new Wigwam Trailer from Broken Arrow for delivery to Wichita with a 1972 Chevrolet ¾ ton pickup. As Parks attempted to pass a mobile home, the trailer started whipping, went off into the center median and travelled 692 feet out of control before it tipped over. Henley estimated the trailer as a total loss and $300 to the pickup. He said seatbelts were not in use at the time of the accident.
