Season Statistics For Fillies Team Are AnnouncedThe Tonkawa Fillies, girls softball team, with a season mark of 14-3 lead the southern division of the Little Sunflower League with a 6-1 record, coach Jim Corbin has announced. The Fillies recently took fifth place in the league tournament held here.Reta Martin leads the Fillies in batting with a .509 average followed closely by Kim Waggoner and Kathy Ridgeway with .500 marks. Also enlisting with Jeffries was Chris Ascue. Both will leave for recruit training in September at San Diego, Calif. Jeffries is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Jeffries, Rt. 1 and joins brothers Chet, stationed at Camp Pendleton, Calif. and Alan, stationed at Camp LoJeune, North Carolina. Ascue is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dwayne Ascue, 512 North Twelfth.
