Grand: October 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 78°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on bill baits, crankbaits, and plastic baits around brush structure, coves, docks, riprap, and standing timber. Striped bass hybrids and white bass good on in-line spinnerbaits and plastic baits around shorelines. Crappie fair on hair jigs and minnows around brush structure, docks. Comments: The weather has cooled and fall fishing is in full swing. Bass activity remains good, and the hybrid and white bass bite remains strong on windy days where they are chasing shad into the shallows!
