The Ponca City Gospel Jubilee will feature “Rosie Otoole” Saturday, Nov. 18th at 6:30 p.m. Rosie has been involved in Music Ministry since 1994. All of her life Rosie has been a very shy person and never dreamed that the Lord would put her up in front of people singing for Him. She sang for the first time in public in 1991. As she slowly began to sing more, she received support and encouragement from family, friends Johnny & Nelda Flanagan, as well as her pastor and the whole congregation at Central Baptist. She then began singing more frequently and in various places such as churches, convalescent homes, ladies retreats, senior citizen groups, fundraisers, political events, etc.
