We are counting down the days till the last day of school now, sadly for our seniors this is the start of the LAST nine weeks they will ever have. As I said last week, track and baseball season has started and it seems like they are both starting off well. Track is loving every second of the beautiful weather we’ve had in the past week and baseball doesn’t mind it either. Our baseball team took a little fall to the Woodland Cougars last week but bounced back and beat Frontier Friday. They head over to Blackwell, Drummond, and Pawhuska. It will be a busy week for them. If you plan on traveling and getting some fresh air, come out and support your Buccaneer baseball team! Track won’t start till the 26th this month, so they still have a little while. We have a great announcement to make about the band! The Pride of Tonkawa received a “I” Superior rating from the OSSAA stage and sight reading district competition this week! Amazing accomplishment Bucs! One great year it’s been for the band. That’s about all we have for you this week, be sure to tune in next week!
